Because they are owner operators, you know exactly who is going to be looking after you on your tours or holiday. They personally accompany all of the holidays and tours themselves. Also by travelling with the boss you will find they are often able to do some extra "little bits" if time allows. Their incurable curiosity means they just have to have a look "up there" sometimes.
Their speciality is to, as much as possible, explore the back roads rather than the main highways and take you to places where the "big boys" don't go. Their groups are generally around 20 - 30 people which also allows them a lot more flexibility.
